This page describes how IdeaGeek (Private) Limited handles information in connection with CAFASuite.
This website
cafasuite.com is a static brochure site. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not collect personal information. If you contact us by phone we hold only what you tell us, and only to respond to your enquiry.
Your deployment
Each CAFASuite client runs a separate deployment with its own database. Operational data — shipments, invoices, ledgers, employee records — belongs to the client and is not pooled with other clients, sold, or used to train models. Access is controlled by roles you define.
Add-on data service
Where add-ons are enabled, your deployment requests reference data — tariff schedules, HS-code references, exchange rates, tender listings — from a central service we operate. These requests carry an entitlement key and the search terms needed to answer them. Your operational records are not transmitted to that service.
